The "BASHIKHONG CHANURA SINLON LUP"(BCSL), a non governmental, non-profit making, non-sectarian and non political women voluntary organisation of Bashikhong Kitnapanung, Imphal East District, Manipur, India was established and organised for the development and welfare of the people of all communities in the society by social workers, local organisers & youth volunteers of like-minded to bring development in the rural and far hilly places from the city where there are lack of communications,transportations, educations, economically & socially backward areas. The organisation BCSL have registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 bearing Registration number- 4501 of 1983, dated 3rd March, 1983.
